Chad Merrell is the founder of Merrell Leadership Group, based in Rock Hill, SC, in the Charlotte region. He spent more than fifteen years leading manufacturing and distribution operations before more than fifteen years in church leadership, including serving as Lead Pastor and Executive Director of North Rock Hill Church from 2018 to 2026. Today he coaches and consults with kingdom-minded leaders in churches, nonprofits, and businesses, helping them preserve the mission and rethink the method.
